Before this, I spent years in client care and loyalty roles at major utility and telecom providers in Western Canada. I was on the other end of the phone when business owners called in frustrated. I saw exactly where those disputes succeeded and where they stalled. Between that and winning my own fight, I know how vendors think, how escalations actually work, and where to apply pressure.

Common Questions

What do I need to upload?

Your three most recent statements per account (PDFs or clear photos both work), and your service agreement if you have it. Don't worry if you can't find the agreement, we can often get it from the vendor directly.

How do your fees work?

The assessment is free. That's it, no catch. If we find recoverable money, we present the findings along with a flat project fee or retainer, scaled to what we found, so you know exactly what you're getting before you commit a dollar. If we find nothing, you owe nothing and we tell you your accounts are clean.

What happens to my documents?

They're encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold, and never shared with your vendors or marketers. If you don't proceed after the assessment, they're permanently deleted.

Will my vendors know I'm auditing them?

No. We don't contact your vendors until you tell us to move forward. When we do reach out, it's professional and backed by the numbers, designed to fix the billing without burning the relationship.

How much of my time does this take?
